Consultation                                                                        At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork,
                                                                            answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home
                                                                            while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for
                                                                            your pets. This required meeting must be scheduled at
                                                                            least 72 hours prior to service.
                                                                           

Regular                               $16.50 (2 visits or more)                 Regular Visit - Minimum 25-30 minutes
                                             $19.50 (1 visit)                         $16.50 rate, each visit, is for 2 or more visits per day. A one
                                                                            visit per day is $19.50. 2 to 4 visits is the most popular
                                                                            choice. Good for many multiple pet homes, supervised 
                                                                            feedings, walks, and play. Most dogs will require 2-4
                                                                            Regular visits per day. Most cats are best with 1 visit
                                                                            per day. (7am to 9pm)

Vet. Trip                              $30.00                                     Veterinary Trip Charge - In local area, includes 2 
                                                                            hours total time, then $12.00 each additional hour,
                                                                            or part of.             

Important Terms:
    .  Reservations are not held, until payment in full is received.
    .  Payments for pet sitting are to be paid to: John Crouch in full, at the Initial Booking to
       confirm reservations for existing customers, or paid at the time of Initial Consultation for 
       new clients, before service starts.
Refunds & Cancellations (Before service starts)
     .  Holidays ---- Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
    .  0-72 hours - 50% of Service total is due (50% refund)
    .  3-7 days --- 20% of Service total is due (80% refund)
    .  8+ days ---- No Charge (100% refund in full)
